About Us

We are a family-owned business and proud to have served hundreds of USDA, CFIA and FDA approved food production facilities throughout North America. From manufacturing plants, restaurants chains to centralized kitchens, we pride ourselves in being able to help all these business grow and scale their operations. Since 1998, our mission is to help customers grow their business by increasing production efficiency and reducing labor cost.

Our business started as a mom-and-pop bakery shop serving neighborhood customers. Later on, we grew to a USDA-approved manufacturing facility producing over 80 different dim-sum and bakery products and had success selling these products wholesale to supermarket chains.

Eventually, our business transformed to help businesses expand their food production capabilities through automated & semi-automated food machinery. From 1999 to 2014, we partnered with ANKO Food Machine Co, Ltd. in Taiwan to make food production machines available to the U.S. market.

Since January 2015, we have further expanded our equipment line to provide a wider range of quality, affordable food machinery, bakery equipment, and packaging machinery. With our years of knowledge and experience, we have helped many clients with their successes.
